Executive Director and Founder of KS Impact and Abundance Acadmey. Author of Doing Life Like Christ. Host of the Kultur Shaper Podcast. A speaker and comedian who brings humor, honesty, and biblical truth to every room he walks into.

Dez's faith grounds everything he builds. He believes that success carries responsibility, that influence should serve others, and that every opportunity is an act of stewardship. This life is one we did not ask to live, but it should be stewarded nonetheless. Everyone deserves love and an opportunity to be discipled. It is that conviction that shapes how he leads, teaches, and creates.

In 2024, Dez founded Kultur Shaper, a nonprofit built to shape culture through Christ-centered education, inspiration, and influence. The program is rooted in Matthew 25, prioritizing children and families and modeling Christ-like generosity, love, and disciple-making. A primary source of funding is Kultur Shaper Apparel, a minority-owned Christian clothing brand. The culture can't shape itself.
