Our typical honorarium starts at $2,500 for events requiring air travel. These guidelines help us steward Dez's time and the ongoing work of the ministry. That said, we prayerfully consider every invitation regardless of budget, and we do our best to make accommodations for churches and ministries with limited resources. Finances alone should never be a barrier to ministry.
